The Finance Manager position at Stantec focuses on supporting the Financial Services team as a strategic partner to operations. You will leverage your extensive financial management experience to enhance performance within business lines. Key responsibilities include financial operations oversight, preparing actionable reports, and collaborating on budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities: • Partner with Operations leadership for financial support • Manage financial operations, overseeing DSO and cash cycle • Create monthly and quarterly executive financial summaries • Collaborate on financial plans and budgets • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce • Ten years of progressive financial management experience • CPA or equivalent accounting designation • Bilingualism in English and French advantageous • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
