In this position, you will be the go-to expert for M365 technologies, leading initiatives that improve system functionality for academic staff and students. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will ensure that technical solutions are effectively aligned with client needs. This role directly supports the mission of MedIT by providing cutting-edge technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as SME for M365 client advisement • Lead design sessions for new system processes • Assess and improve current SharePoint and M365 tools • Introduce new tech benefits for user needs • Develop and manage IT project plans and resources
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience • Minimum 5 years in M365 solutions architecture • Proficient in M365 product suite and data protection • Skilled in developing SharePoint architecture and apps • Strong written and verbal communication skills
