As an In-Room Dining Server, you will provide personalized service by delivering meals and beverages straight to guest rooms. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of Fairmont's offerings will ensure that you meet and exceed guest expectations every shift. This role demands effective communication and a commitment to hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: • Take guest orders over the phone professionally • Serve food and beverages following Fairmont's standards • Communicate dietary requirements and preferences effectively • Stay knowledgeable about menu and seasonal changes • Process orders and payments accurately
Requirements: • Valid Alberta ProServe Certificate • 1 year experience in the food & beverage industry • Knowledge of Micros and Microsoft applications is a plus • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
