Mobile Maintenance Lead Hand Role

As the Lead Hand, you'll provide essential leadership to the Mobile Equipment Maintenance Crew, ensuring all maintenance tasks adhere to safety and productivity standards. This position operates on a 14/14 (12-hour day) roster. Preference for residential candidates exists, with FIFO/DIDO options available for others.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and encourage your maintenance team effectively • Implement scheduled preventative maintenance tasks • Carry out inspections and job task observations • Maintain safety compliance across all work activities • Oversee external mechanical contractors' performance
Requirements: • High school diploma and HD Mechanic Journeyperson certification • Class G driver’s license required • Minimum 5 years in underground or similar settings • Thorough knowledge of safety regulations for mines • Excellent organizational and motivational skills
