This role is for one of the Weekday's clients
We are seeking Physics PhD or Master’s students to collaborate on a premier project with one of the world’s top AI labs.
In this role, you will apply your subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge initiative focused on advancing large language models. You will contribute by curating and designing high-quality, complex problems within the field of physics—helping shape the future of AI innovation.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Are currently pursuing or have completed a PhD/Master’s in Physics (or a related discipline) from a leading university in the US or Canada.
- OR have at least 1+ year of full-time professional experience in a Physics-related domain in the US or Canada.
- Possess strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Are fluent in English with strong proficiency.
Project Details
- Start Date: Begins in September (applications reviewed on a rolling basis).
- Commitment: 15–20 hours per week, with potential to scale up to 40+ hours.
- Duration: Minimum of 1–2 months.
- Location: Fully remote and asynchronous.
- Compensation: $40–$60 per hour.
Pay & Contract Status
- Engagement will be on an hourly contractor basis.
- Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect.
Screening Process
- Includes an AI interview and a short written form (approx. 20–30 minutes total).
- Applicants must be based in the US or Canada.
