Key Responsibilities: • Implement individual service plans for clients • Assist individuals in achieving personal growth goals • Promote community participation in various activities • Monitor safety and report hazards promptly • Maintain clear and accurate records
Requirements: • Post-secondary education preferred • Strong communication and time management skills • Ability to work various shifts as needed • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Experience with individuals with disabilities is an asset
