Our banking client is seeking a Solutions Developer V (10+ years of experience) to develop mobile applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Swift Concurrency

Join a high-visibility mobile application initiative within a large financial services environment supporting widely used digital products. This role focuses on Swift development, adaptive UI design with SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, and automated testing within a pod-based delivery team operating in 2-week sprints. The project includes ongoing new initiatives and opportunities to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. This is a long-term contract opportunity with potential extension based on business needs and performance.

-Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home

-Anchor Days (if applicable): Thursday, other 2 days are flexible

Must Haves

  • 10+ years developing with Swift and strong understanding of Objective-C
  • 2+ years building adaptive UI and reusable components using SwiftUI
  • 2+ years implementing Swift Concurrency using Async/Await
  • Comprehensive unit testing using XCTest, Swift Testing, and Snapshot tests with minimum 80% test coverage
  • University or College degree/diploma is an asset

Nice to Have

  • ApplePay and Wallet (PassKit)
  • CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and workflows
  • Scripting using Ruby, Python, yaml, and Bash
  • Banking or financial institution experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop mobile application features using Swift and SwiftUI
  • Build adaptive UI designs and reusable components
  • Write unit tests using XCTest, Swift Testing, and Snapshot tests
  • Participate in 2-week sprint ceremonies and team meetings
  • Complete assigned action tickets within delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project discussions
