The role is focused on designing and leading the quantitative analytics, optimization models, governance frameworks, and strategic decision processes that support a unified client coverage model across lines of business, industry segments, and regions.
This executive provides enterprise-level leadership in developing the analytical models, scenarios, and strategic resource allocation methodologies that enable disciplined growth, capital efficiency, and informed investment decisions. This leader oversees the frameworks used to optimize liquidity, funding, capital deployment, and workforce allocation, with the objective of maximizing return on equity (ROE), return on investment (ROI), and overall business performance. * Design and evolve resource allocation methodologies that support a unified and highly connected client coverage strategy across lines of business, industry segments, and regions.
* Define and assess capital allocation trade-offs across growth investments, technology and transformation initiatives, and workforce expansion or contraction using robust analytical and optimization frameworks.
* Monitor competitor activity, market conditions, and regulatory developments, and translate those insights into strategic implications, modeling assumptions, and resource allocation recommendations for senior stakeholders.
* Drive the creation of decision-support capabilities that enable the business to evaluate alternatives, test scenarios, and prioritize actions with greater speed, rigor, and transparency.
* Establish and oversee analytical tools, forecasting approaches, and scenario models to support business growth, capital markets activities, and strategic resource planning.
