# IT Project Manager with Leadership FocusDrive project success as an experienced IT Project Manager. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and objectives while executing comprehensive plans for technology initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will engage with technology, business, and third-party stakeholders to manage project scope and deliverables. With over 6 years of IT project experience, you’ll focus on leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic program goals while driving quality management standards. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining project excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to define project scope
Collaborate with Program Manager on quality standards
Develop detailed project plans with timelines and budgets
Identify and address risks throughout the project lifecycle
Lead teams and manage vendor relationships effectively
Requirements:
6+ years leading IT projects in business process change
PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification required
Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
Strong communication skills for technical concepts
Expertise in managing scope creep while ensuring satisfaction Utilize your project management skills to lead transformative initiatives and drive outcomes across technology landscapes.
