Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and harden Windows and Linux servers
• Provide Level 3 technical support for infrastructure
• Manage firmware and capacity planning for servers
• Document standards and support audits related to infrastructure
• Engage in cloud transition initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years supporting large-scale infrastructure
• Proficient in Windows and Linux administration
• Experience in VMware ESXi environments
