As an Industrial Cybersecurity Manager, you will lead strategies and integrate security within North America’s rolling stock projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentorship of cybersecurity professionals are crucial. You'll manage workstreams that include budgeting, risk assessment, and compliance adherence to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate cybersecurity efforts with business stakeholders • Execute cybersecurity projects throughout their lifecycle • Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity managers • Ensure high-quality cybersecurity deliverables are met • Manage resources and project budgets effectively
Requirements: • Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • Experience in cybersecurity control deployment • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards like ISO and IEC • Preferred certification in cybersecurity • Excellent communication and leadership skills
