About Rad Hires
Rad Hires connects high-performing talent with ambitious teams that move fast and build things that matter. We partner with lean, client-driven organizations to find people who own outcomes, raise the bar, and make a real difference — not just fill a seat.
About the Company
Our client is a product design and branding studio working across brand, product, and digital projects for clients around the world, with studios spread across several international markets.
About the Role
You'll be joining the studio itself, not the client — and the immediate reason for this hire is a newly signed account that needs a dedicated account manager from day one. That account is where you'll start, but it's the beginning of a bigger remit: you'll become part of the studio's North American team, working across its existing and future client base in the region as it grows. Early on, you're the new client's main point of contact — the person who knows the account inside out and keeps it healthy — working closely with the Tech Producer to keep timelines, budgets, and priorities aligned. You're not a coordinator passing messages between the client and the team — you make decisions independently where you should, and pull in discipline leads where you shouldn't. Success here looks like a strong client relationship from day one, and the account management chops to take on more as the North American book of business grows.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Own the day-to-day client relationship — you're the first call, but you make sure the whole team engages directly with clients on their own areas rather than routing everything through you
- Hold regular 1:1s with key clients and internal discipline leads
- Build a deep understanding of each client's business, competitive landscape, and long-term goals
