Key Responsibilities
• Monitor sales floor and use CCTV for theft identification
• Develop relationships with local law enforcement and mall security
• Conduct self-audits and communicate findings to leadership
• Assist in inventory preparation and shrinkage prevention plans
• Train colleagues on effective loss prevention techniques

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in loss prevention
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school or equivalent education
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including holidays Strengthen Sephora’s loss prevention efforts while enhancing customer safety and satisfaction in Vaughan Mills.
