Ledcor is hiring seasonal Patrollers for highway maintenance across Ontario. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a safety-oriented approach, along with experience in highway driving. Your role will involve patrolling highways, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining road conditions.
Key Responsibilities: • Patrol highways while documenting road and weather conditions • Operate snowplows and heavy machinery as necessary • Recommend priority maintenance locations to your supervisor • Assist with general maintenance tasks like pothole and guardrail repairs • Ensure health and safety issues are promptly addressed
Requirements: • Valid G license; preference for AZ or DZ licenses • Clear 3-year driving abstract required • Knowledge of highway maintenance specifications • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
