In this role, you'll serve as the primary contact for customers and manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to exceed customer standards while keeping projects within established timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities: • Guide projects from initial conception to production readiness • Ensure compliance with budget and timeline commitments • Manage documentation for process reviews and approvals • Supervise equipment buy-off and installation processes • Collaborate on continuous improvement based on internal feedback
Requirements: • Degree in engineering or relevant technical diploma • At least 4 years of engineering experience in manufacturing • Familiarity with APQP and PPAP methodologies • Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office • Effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities
