Joseph Brant Hospital seeks a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist for a temporary part-time position. This role involves critical testing, equipment maintenance, and quality control tasks, ensuring high standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct laboratory tests in a timely manner • Perform calibration and quality control checks • Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment • Collaborate with team members during shifts • Adhere to hospital safety and compliance standards
Requirements: • Valid CMLTO registration required • Recent Core Laboratory experience preferred • Knowledge in Transfusion Medicine an asset • Familiarity with Meditech Client Server LIS • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
