Key Responsibilities
• Enhance sales productivity in Fitting Room and Salesfloor
• Recruit and train strong retail talent regularly
• Provide clear feedback and coaching to the team
• Execute visual and operational standards effectively
• Uphold store safety and asset protection protocols
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities
• Availability to work during peak store hours
• Solid understanding of retail business operations
• Passion for AE and Aerie products Lead a motivated team and drive exceptional results as a Sales Leader with American Eagle.
