Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and represent cases in all judicial levels
• Draft legal documents and advise on child welfare issues
• Build relationships with stakeholders and community partners
• Conduct training sessions on legislative matters
• Document and manage ongoing legal activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in law with successful bar admission
• 1-2 years’ experience in relevant legal environments
• Membership in the Law Society of Ontario
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and valid Ontario Driver’s License Leverage your legal expertise to benefit the community through your work with BGCFS.
