Key Responsibilities: • Engage with team members and supervisors effectively • Complete site cleanup using appropriate tools • Assist in scheduled maintenance checks • Operate crushing and screening machinery as trained • Notify supervisors of any equipment issues or dangers
Requirements: • Experience in construction or operating heavy machinery preferred • Ontario high school diploma or comparable accreditation • Strong work ethic and punctuality essential • Willingness to accommodate rotating shifts and weekend work • Dependable communication and instruction adherence required
