In this full-time role, you will be part of a skilled team ensuring quality and efficiency in sewing apparel. Key Responsibilities: • Construct outdoor apparel by following technical specifications • Perform basting and pressing tasks during production • Troubleshoot quality control issues with team leadership • Drive improvements by sharing feedback and solutions • Cross-train for diverse sewing tasks across production lines
Requirements: • 1+ years of experience with industrial sewing machines • Ability to communicate effectively in English • Detail-oriented with a strong passion for sewing • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments • Creative thought process for enhancing Prozesse
