Lead business development strategies for emerging domestic programming Identify and prioritize funding opportunities aligned with strategic priorities Develop concept notes, business cases, and funding proposals Build partnerships with governments, municipalities, and institutional stakeholders Supervise, coach, and direct the Business Development Advisor Requirements:
University degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience Experience in business development, partnerships, or program design Strong analytical, writing, communication, and negotiation skills Fluency in English and French strongly preferred Bring strategic growth, proposal development, partnership building, and funding diversification expertise to FCM’s national municipal mission.
