In this Co-op role at TJX Canada, you will support the Supply Chain Engineering team through project coordination, budgeting, administration, and reporting. With a focus on collaboration, you'll engage with project managers and cross-functional partners to ensure project success. Gain hands-on experience in purchase orders, financial tracking, and project management tasks.
Key Responsibilities: • Create and track Engineering Capital Purchase Orders accurately • Develop monthly reports and handle month-end close tasks • Support project managers in bid package development • Liaise with vendors for open items and scheduling • Maintain project documentation and records diligently
Requirements: • Minimum one year in project coordination or administration • Enrolled in Business Management, Engineering, or Finance program • Proficient in MS Office applications and project management tools • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
