Montreal, Quebec, Canada Mizo Full-time

Minimum 2 years experience Montreal Full-time

About the Role

Mizo helps managed service providers (MSPs) become Managed Intelligence Providers by using AI agents to automate ticket triage, dispatch, resolution assistance, documentation, and QA. The Sales Director, Enterprise Accounts leads Mizo's commercial development for the North American market, from defining strategy through signing and growing strategic accounts.

This role sits at the intersection of complex sales, team leadership, and deep knowledge of the MSP world. Selling AI agents to MSPs isn't a typical SaaS sale: it means convincing demanding, often automation-skeptical technical teams using concrete proof from their own data rather than a generic pitch. You won't just execute an existing playbook - you'll shape Mizo's commercial strategy in Canada, build and coach the team that drives it, and adapt the approach with every sales cycle.
