As a Junior Engineering Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing manufacturing processes and product quality. Your responsibilities will include preparing Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports and analyzing production data. You will also assist in cross-functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement in product development and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Support the implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment installations • Prepare Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports using JMP • Assist with continuous improvement of product quality and efficiency • Provide technical support for production and tooling issues • Develop standardized work instructions and process documentation
Requirements: • Enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of Engineering program • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools • Ability to work in fast-paced environments • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
