What to be excited for in this role:
- Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, personalized experience.
- Prepare menus and service areas before each event, confidently explain menu options and ordering procedures, and proactively anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout the event.
- Address guest concerns professionally and elevate issues to a supervisor or Coordinator when needed.
- Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol service regulations when selling alcoholic beverages.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using handheld tablets.
- Confirm menu availability and communicate any unavailable items to guests.
- Ensure all technology is functioning before each shift and properly stored after the event.
- Assemble, verify, and deliver food orders promptly and accurately to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with hospitality teams while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Keep pantry and food preparation areas clean and organized while ensuring supplies are consistently restocked throughout events.

- Assist with inventory counts before and after events and promptly communicate shortages or operational concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with event setup, teardown, and cleanup as required.
- Perform additional duties as required to support successful event execution.
What we need from you:
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Experience in food service hospitality, concessions, or a related field an asset.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counts and end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Comfortable operating POS and handheld payment devices.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a busy entertainment environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering outstanding guest service.
- Ability to stand, walk and remain mobile for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to frequently bend, lift, carry, and move supplies weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Current Smart Choices Certification, or willingness to obtain certification, for roles that involve serving alcohol.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended or irregular shifts based on event schedules.
