Elevate telecom operations as a Wireline Services Analyst with the Government of Alberta, based remotely in Greater Edmonton. Drive innovation in VoIP and Unified Communications to enhance service delivery.
This full-time position within the Technology Support and Operations Division focuses on VoIP, Microsoft Teams Phone, and Unified Communications services. Reporting to the Wireline Team Lead, you'll be crucial in ensuring reliable telecom services and improving operational processes. Engage with clients and vendors to support urgent requests and maintain seamless service operations.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Deliver MACD provisioning across various telecom services â€
¢ Coordinate with vendors to implement telecom changes â€
¢ Troubleshoot telecom issues and perform escalations â€
¢ Maintain business process documentation and resources â€
¢ Contribute to telecom project initiatives and service improvements
Requirements:
â€
¢ Two-year diploma in Computer Sciences or related field â€
¢ Experience in telecom systems preferred â€
¢ Proficiency in ticketing/service management systems â€
¢ Knowledge of VoIP technologies and networking systems â€
