This position requires a proactive approach to support distribution partners and deliver value-added benefits to Plan Advisors and Sponsors. You will champion service escalations, manage benefit inquiries, and participate in the client education process. Collaboration with internal teams is essential for achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and resolve complex service inquiries efficiently • Facilitate training sessions for plan administrators • Prepare and analyze client reports • Lead presentations to introduce Group Benefits • Drive successful adoption of digital solutions
Requirements: • Minimum of three years in Group Benefits • Strong understanding of benefits products • Proven client-facing skills • Ability to analyze data and generate reports • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
