As a critical team member, you will manage cybersecurity services, ensuring they run optimally. Focusing on technical skills, ticket management, and collaboration with security teams, you will help protect Sun Life's information assets. Prior experience in cybersecurity or IT is preferred, and you must obtain Reliability Status Clearance before starting this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure Cyber Security capabilities are effectively operational • Manage ticket queue for initial problem support • Transition projects smoothly post-implementation • Document and maintain cyber security policies • Provide expertise in various security technologies
Requirements: • Currently enrolled in Computer Science or IT program • Experience in cybersecurity or IT preferred • Knowledge of Cyber Security frameworks • Professional IT security designation (asset) • Graduation date of April 2027 or later
