This hands-on position requires 8+ years of experience in a heavy steel fabrication environment. You will help develop work instructions, assist in troubleshooting machine issues, and engage in various production activities across equipment. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with engineering and quality teams to refine processes for large-scale Node production.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily pilot production operations on diverse equipment
• Develop work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Resolve machine downtime and yield issues efficiently
• Complete testing campaigns on pilot equipment
• Maintain communication with contract manufacturing partners
Requirements:
• 8+ years in heavy steel fabrication
• Expertise in GMAW, FCAW, and related processes
• Proficiency in reading shop drawings and GD&T
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication codes
• Self-directed work ethic with improvement mindset Drive innovation and contribute to the future of energy technology with your expertise in pilot production operations.
