Duration – Contract Role
Job Description : The Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services role involves working with relevant technologies, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, develop, implement, and troubleshoot within the Digital Zscaler Cloud Security Services domain.
- Deploy and configure Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA.
- Provide expert‑level support for ZIA and ZPA, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Monitor performance of Zscaler services to ensure optimal operation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.
- Support operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management.
- Support the lifecycle of network security projects, including new builds and upgrades.
- Collaborate with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams.
- Perform planned configuration changes to Zscaler platforms and firewalls.
- Identify network issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide quality documentation and deliver presentations on network issues and troubleshooting techniques.
- Diagnose system failures quickly and accurately.
Qualifications: Primary skill set: Zscaler Engineer. Secondary skill set: Network Engineer.
