with strong expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, SCCM, Intune, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and application packaging. Key Responsibilities
Administer and support
Windows and Linux operating systems
in enterprise environments. Manage software deployment, patching, and endpoint configuration using
SCCM and Microsoft Intune . Perform patch and vulnerability management across servers, desktops, remote desktops, and virtual desktop environments. Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate security vulnerabilities. Support
Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
and
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
environments. Perform application packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting. Support cloud-based environments and related infrastructure. Monitor system health and ensure security, availability, and compliance. Troubleshoot operating system, application, and endpoint-related issues. Follow ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management. Required Skills
Strong Windows and Linux administration experience. Hands-on experience with
SCCM and Microsoft Intune . Strong knowledge of patch and vulnerability management. Experience with Remote Desktop and Virtual Desktop patching and vulnerability remediation. Experience in
