As a key player in project execution, your responsibilities will encompass all construction phases ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines. You will not only plan and evaluate construction workflows but also prepare budgets and lead cost estimation efforts. Your role includes working collaboratively within the project team to facilitate quality assurance and mitigate potential risks throughout all project stages.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct construction activities and manage timelines effectively • Prepare and present project budget estimates • Review and assure quality of project documentation • Assist in cost estimating and project-specific considerations • Monitor construction progress against established schedules
Requirements: • Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management • Minimum 7 years of construction management experience • Specialized experience in underground railway construction • Proficient with Microsoft Project tools • Strong organizational and communication skills
