Key Responsibilities: • Shape healthcare strategies and operational plans • Foster relationships with community and system partners • Ensure effective monitoring and reporting of health initiatives • Encourage innovative approaches to healthcare delivery • Lead cross-functional collaboration within health services
Requirements: • At least seven years of relevant leadership experience • Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence • Undergraduate degree or suitable equivalent experience • Advanced skills in critical thinking and system transformation • Ability to build effective partnerships and coalitions
