This role involves leading the development of the Strathmore Landscape & Horticulture Quality Playbook, ensuring all field operations meet established quality criteria. You will perform regular quality audits and inspections while providing hands-on coaching to crews. Your expertise will support the Strathmore Academy's development, helping train the next generation of landscaping professionals.
Key Responsibilities: • Create visual quality standards and reference guides • Manage the Quality Audit Checklist and scoring system • Identify at-risk properties and execute recovery plans • Conduct property inspections and provide ongoing feedback • Track quality trends and report findings to leadership
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in commercial landscaping or related field • Strong plant knowledge and pest control awareness • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities • Experience in field leadership and quality assurance • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
