As a full-time permanent manager, you will lead the GIS and Advanced Distribution Management System portfolio within EPCOR's Application Services team. Your role encompasses ensuring the reliability of CAD/GIS and ADMS applications, building strong relationships with users, and fostering a high-performing team that excels in service and support.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure optimal results through performance metrics • Provide input on Business Management Applications Support • Develop relationships with key business users • Lead a team of system analysts effectively • Address system availability issues urgently
Requirements: • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering • 3+ years of supervisory experience • 8+ years in relevant IT roles • Experience with complex database-driven applications • Knowledge of GIS or Utility concepts
