Key Responsibilities
• Lead annual capital planning activities for the Real Estate Group
• Analyze market data and deal specifics to guide decisions
• Benchmark performance using industry standards
• Communicate investment committee updates and strategies
• Collaborate with Risk and Performance teams for thorough analyses
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in finance or MBA
• 8+ years of experience in investment analysis roles
• In-depth understanding of global real estate
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other BI tools
