Shape a thriving family ministry at CLCC as the Family Discipleship Director. This role focuses on guiding parents to disciple their kids and nurturing spiritual growth.
In this leadership position, you will oversee the children's ministry, working alongside pastors to implement a discipleship process. Your mission includes engaging families through weekly services and small groups, fostering a community where kids ages 0-11 grow in their love for Jesus. As a skilled recruiter and communicator, you will build and train volunteer teams while establishing strong relationships with parents.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Organize and run family small groups and events â€
¢ Support and empower parents in their children's discipleship â€
¢ Oversee recruitment and training of nursery and kids ministry volunteers â€
¢ Collaborate with adjacent ministries to promote outreach
Requirements:

¢ Theological literacy aligned with POAC values â€
¢ Strong organizational and communication skills â€
¢ Proven ability to recruit and train volunteers â€
¢ Passion for engaging with children and families â€
¢ Diploma or degree in Theology or related fields Devote your leadership skills and faith-filled passion to nurturing families at CLCC.
