GMR seeks a Mountain Crew Team Lead for the Winter 26/27 season, responsible for facilitating daily operations and assisting various departments. This full-time seasonal role offers hands-on leadership and teamwork experience, ensuring guests enjoy safe attractions. Your key skills will include effective supervision, task management, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct daily mountain operations for various attractions • Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance • Train and motivate Mountain Crew staff • Assist with setup and teardown for events • Maintain machinery and ensure operational readiness
Requirements: • Enjoy outdoor work in diverse weather conditions • Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license • Mechanical experience is an asset • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Strong knowledge of Grouse Mountain policies
