Key Responsibilities: • Provide clinical oversight across all nursing units • Manage staffing, rostering, and workforce utilization • Conduct audits and implement quality improvement initiatives • Liaise with health professionals, residents, and families • Monitor clinical governance, incidents, and safety protocols
Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Nursing • Current SANC registration • 5+ years nursing experience, preferably in geriatric care • 2-3 years management or supervisory experience • Strong knowledge of nursing standards and legislation
