Join us on the journey to help build the world using applied robotics and AI
Novarc Technologies is a full-stack robotics company helping to build the world using applied robotics and AI. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Americas by the Financial Times for two consecutive years, we are at the epicenter of innovation and global expansion. Join our dynamic team as we extend our reach across four continents, blending pioneering welding technology with a profound global impact. It's a captivating time to be part of our journey – here, you'll do more than just work; you'll be an integral part of a movement shaping the tech-driven future.
Role Summary The VP of Marketing is a high-impact executive leader responsible for the strategic vision, global brand positioning, and high-velocity demand generation engine of the company. This role oversees all marketing operations, ensuring that every initiative contributes substantially to business growth and market authority in the robotics and AI-driven manufacturing sectors.
The VP of Marketing is a high-impact "player-coach" who oscillates seamlessly between board-level strategy and hands-on execution. You are a master storyteller capable of translating complex technical architectures into compelling customer narratives that resonate across a diverse buyer landscape.
As the architect of our growth, you will build centralized value messaging that highlights Novarc’s full solutions portfolio across segments.
By ensuring airtight alignment between Sales and Product, you will build a scalable marketing infrastructure that captures the massive complexity of the welding automation industry while maintaining the agility needed for scale-up success.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Market Authority
Global Strategy: Drive the global marketing roadmap, positioning Novarc as the definitive leader in autonomous welding
Brand Narrative: Elevate Novarc's brand identity across all channels, translating technical capabilities and system architectures into clear, value-driven narratives.
Thought Leadership: Oversee the creation of strategic content, including customer case studies (with support from customer success), whitepapers, Podcasts, industry articles and executive bylines, to establish market authority and "top-of-mind" awareness.
Demand Generation
Segmented GTM Strategy: Own the strategic approach for a bifurcated market; lead the team in creating "white-glove" campaigns for Enterprise Tier-1 accounts while building out scalable digital acquisition engines for Small Business (SMB) growth.
Revenue Accountability: Own the marketing-sourced pipeline. Partner closely with Sales to align on KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, and closed-won deals across both sales cycles.
Multi-Channel Execution: Lead sophisticated B2B campaigns across digital (SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads), events, trade shows, and field marketing.
Sales Enablement: Equip Sales and BDR teams with the technical and commercial tools required to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise deal cycles and "proof-of-value" conversations.
Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering to support product launches, roadmap communication, and the translation of technical specs into customer value. Assist and coach the Product team in product marketing.
Executive Presence: Provide clear, actionable updates to executive leadership on progress, ROI, risks, and market outcomes.
Operational Excellence & Analytics
Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize advanced analytics and dashboards to track funnel performance and pipeline velocity, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. In addition, collaborate with the revops team to understand the market dynamics improving forecast and revenue predictability. Create and maintain Novarc’s marketing dashboard. Lead contribution attribution across channels, forecast ROI on marketing investments.
Infrastructure & Budget: Oversee marketing operations, including the marketing tech stack and budget planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation in a high-growth, resource-conscious environment. Create, maintain and communicate a 3 year strategic plan supporting Novarc’s 3-year goals.
Market Intelligence: Lead voice-of-customer programs, market segmentation frameworks, competitive landscape analysis, and customer insight cycles. Stay ahead of industry trends in welding, AI, robotics, and automation to ensure marketing remains cutting-edge and differentiated. Lead and conduct market research studies as required.
Reporting: Prepare quarterly marketing performance review materials for executives and boards.
Partners Ecosystem Enablement : Define partner/co-marketing frameworks, enable partners with joint value messaging.
