Hardware Data Coordinator at OSI Maritime

We are looking for a Hardware Data Coordinator at OSI Maritime Systems, where you'll manage product metadata and coordinate Engineering Change processes. Support a culture that values collaboration and innovation.

This role centers on ensuring precise data entry for hardware products, while managing engineering changes through appropriate channels. You'll be involved in JIRA issue coordination, providing critical support for product design, prototyping, and testing within engineering teams. The position also includes completing various other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities: • Input metadata for hardware products efficiently • Manage and oversee change requests and notifications • Coordinate external support requests via JIRA • Provide technical support for product engineering • Execute other duties as assigned

Requirements: • Strong detail orientation and accuracy • Exposure to JIRA and PLM applications • Experience in hardware product development beneficial • Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Excel and Word • Competent verbal and written communicator
