Communitas seeks a Child and Youth Care Worker to provide care for children and youth with behavioral challenges in a 24/7 group home setting. You will support social, mental, physical, cultural and spiritual well-being through home and community activities.
The role requires a related diploma (asset) and preferably a CYC diploma; on-the-job training is provided. You’ll need strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus First Aid/CPR and a valid BC license.
