Mission As a Quality Control and Manufacturing Process Technician at Soucy, you will play a key role in our manufacturing excellence. Your mission will be to monitor product quality and process stability to ensure compliance with our high manufacturing standards.
On a daily basis, you will perform inspections, conduct technical analyses, and compile strategic data to identify deviations and uncover opportunities for improvement. Through your expertise and attention to detail, you will contribute directly to the performance of our operations, customer satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
Manufacturing Process Control
Measure, monitor, and record operational parameters of manufacturing processes
Verify process stability and report any deviations observed
Participate in production variable tracking and continuous improvement activities
Collaborate in the optimization of manufacturing processes
Quality Control
Perform quality inspections during production
Conduct visual inspections of parts according to applicable standards
Carry out dimensional inspections using measuring instruments
Verify product compliance with technical specifications
Document inspection results and identified non-conformities
Sampling and Data Collection
Collect production samples according to established procedures
Perform required inspections and tests as part of the quality program
Compile and analyze collected data
Technical Support
Collaborate on validation testing related to manufacturing processes
Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues
Participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Degree in metallurgy or relevant industrial experience
Good time management
