You'll integrate engineering and construction while ensuring quality and safety throughout the project. WSP is looking for a Field Engineer to connect various project functions on-site. This role requires over seven years of field engineering experience, particularly in mining or industrial construction. You will monitor project progress, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contractor and engineering efforts for project success
- Provide technical expertise and interpret design documentation
- Track project metrics and support effective reporting
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams for inspections and closeout
- Champion safety and quality across all project operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical
- Minimum seven years of relevant field experience
- Proven ability to interpret engineering specifications
- Knowledge of Canadian construction codes
- Experience in EPCM environments is an asset
