• Log work details and maintain equipment
• Handle emergency alerts like fire alarms effectively

Requirements:

• Experience in a trade related to building maintenance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility for varied schedules including weekends
• Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus
