Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Transportation/Travel Information Personal Suitability Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of staff, set staff work schedule and monitor staff performance Assist customers by providing information on services provided and recommending services as per customer needs Address & resolve customers’ complaints or concerns Control inventory and manage costs. Troubleshoot equipment and arrange for maintenance for smooth business operations Requisition material and supplies Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety regulations are obeyed Participate with the management team in creation of marketing plans and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction
