Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily office functions and administrative tasks
• Prepare and distribute correspondence and newsletters
• Handle financial transactions and maintain office records
• Welcome visitors and manage phone calls
• Process student registrations and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and one year of relevant training
• At least three years experience in an office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Required to obtain First Aid Certification Contribute to shaping an inclusive and supportive educational environment at the Vancouver School Board
