The Practice:

Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise across IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) modules, including platform architecture, module dependencies, and enterprise deployment best practices.
- Lead and support the deployment of MAS on the OpenShift Container Platform using MAS CLI, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available implementations.
- Install / Upgrade, configure, and maintain MAS Core and suite applications including:
- Manage
- Health
- Monitor
- Predict
- Collaborate closely with OpenShift Architects and Platform Administrators to design and implement MAS infrastructure and technical solutions.
- Utilize hands‑on experience with Ansible, Terraform, YAML, JSON, and XML to automate deployments, configure environments, and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Support enterprise integration requirements by collaborating with application and integration teams to ensure seamless interoperability across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation, configuration, performance, and stabilization issues across MAS and supporting infrastructure.
- Coordinate with IBM and other product vendors to investigate and resolve platform‑related issues, defects, and enhancement requests.
- Configure, administer, and maintain MAS environments in alignment with operational standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.
- Monitor system health, performance, and reliability, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
