- Conduct and optimize functional genomics experiments
- Perform sequencing-based assays and chromatin assays
- Prepare libraries for next-generation sequencing
- Work with cancer patient-derived organoids
- Maintain detailed laboratory documentation and records
- Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant research experience
- Solid expertise in molecular biology techniques
- Familiarity with 3D genome mapping processes
- Strong communication skills in a collaborative setting
