- Mentor junior engineers in systems engineering practices
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or related field
- 7+ years in spacecraft systems engineering
- Experience with payload integration or aerospace instrumentation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools
